Technical Review Experience
Reviews conducted by a senior hydrologist
or geotechnical engineer are cost-effective at the beginning and end of
a project. An increasing proportion of Dr. Snow's consultations are technical
reviews of projects for engineering firms serving mining, civil, industrial
and government clients. Others have been done for the clients as oversight
reviews of their engineering consultants.
